To ensure compliance, Toysmith has created its own, comprehensive Quality Assurance and Testing Plan. All Toysmith products are laboratory tested for mandatory and voluntary Federal and States safety standards. Ongoing items are periodically reviewed and retested to ensure that safety is maintained throughout the life of the product.
In addition, our dedicated safety and compliance staff is continually reviewing emerging research and regulations across all fields of product safety and development in order to stay aware of constantly evolving standards.
