Light-Up Magic Wand
Toysmith is voluntarily recalling its Light-Up Magic Wands sold at Carter’s stores and various toy, grocery, hobby and gift stores nationwide from June 2018 through October 2019 for about $5.
This recall includes a fuchsia colored Light-Up Magic Wand topped with a star that flashes and makes noise. The battery cover can detach and expose the button-cell batteries posing a choking and ingestion hazard to young children.
The products can be identified by the following item numbers:

Kids II Oball Rattle
Kids II and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) are voluntarily recalling certain batches of the Oball Rattle due to a potential choking hazard for children under three years of age.
The Oball Rattles were sold to consumers after January 1, 2016 and have one chamber containing all orange beads. The batch codes are listed below and can be found on a small triangle on the inner surface of the product.

IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL
Wind-Up Diver
Toysmith, in cooperation with Health Canada is recalling the Wind-Up Diver Bath Toy. The diver has a blue bodysuit, red fins and gloves, and a yellow helmet and air tank. The diver’s legs will start to flutter up and down when the toy is wound. The toy’s seam can open when the diver’s arms are rotated resulting in a pinching hazard from the exposed internal mechanism and the edges of the body. Neither Toysmith nor Health Canada have received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of this product. This recall is only for product sold in Canada.

Light-up Ducks and Frogs
Toysmith is voluntarily recalling its Light-up Ducks and Frogs sold exclusively at Cost Plus World Market between November 2012 and June, 2013. The Light-up Ducks are in clear, pink and yellow colors and the Frog is green. On some items – the conductor pin that activates the Light-Up function on the bottom of the toy can be removed creating a small parts/choking hazard.

Toysmith is voluntarily recalling its Animal Snap Bracelets as sold by Cost Plus World Market, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and various retailers between September, 2011 and May, 2012. The Animal Snap Bracelets are metal ‘snap’ bands that are wrapped in multi-colored fabric with metallic accents and a small, stuffed reptile or sea animal on them.
